Matching hair bows available under ""Accessories"" section. 100% cotton black fabric with pink polka dots and contrasting pink petticoat. Scarf and headgear not included. Collar is mirror image of dress (pink fabric with black polka dots). Dress closes with hook-and-loop fasteners in front.
